NYC has more volume and a better handle on things, there should be no reason why a small postal office has so many issues and why they don’t take accountability for their mistakes. I just don’t understand how a business can be open yet they’re “unable to deliver”. The driveway to the house out back is easily accessible and the business is opened 6 days out of the week except Monday. Paid extra $$ for Saturday delivery to not have my package delivered on SATURDAY! UNEXCEPTIONABLE! This isn’t a one time problem either, it’s nearly everyday!
