Even with a contact number on the package this will not call to verify the address that you have received multiple packages at before from FedEx, usps and amazon, etc. They will return your package to sender with no care or concern to contact anyone even if they clearly made an error of locating your address. By far the worse experience especially at this location. Service is dependent on who you get at the front desk.Julianne is by far the most callous customer service experience I have ever encounter. She does not check policy before making bias decisions with no concern for the customer.
