- KRKashish RamchandaniFeb 7, 20261.0Worst place to be here. Had an appointment at 2:45pm-3:15pm for passports. Was there at 2:50 and the lady he was working on the passport was attending a family who was applying for passport. After my turn came which was 20 mins late, she asked me my name and time of the appointment. Told her the info and she said you are late. And that my name has been automatically removed from the appointment list after 20 mins. Hello!!! I was there but she was still busy with the other family. She called the manger and he said we cannot do anything as the system automatically deletes the name of you do not show up within 20 mins of your appointment. I was there within the time limits but she wasntbready( it’s a young black women) and the manager said please understand that we do not do the walk in. He is an old Asian white hair man. He said go to lynbrook which is not very far. I drive 1 hr and 10 mins n they let me go because they very replayed with the other peoples passports. They both should be fired for doing this and wasting peoples time. And the office was not crowded at all. They truly didn’t want to work there at all… most unprofessional place ever.,

- XHXUE HUDec 31, 20191.0Wow! The old lady in the passport is so rude and horrible. When you ask her for help, her answer is “ no questions”, I think she forgets helping customer is her job responsibility. The only thing she can do is making you unhappy.
