- WWWade W.Sep 2, 20251.01 Star because the last two weekends in a row, this Post Office closed hours before their posted 6:30pm closing time. Their Saturday hours state they close at 6:30pm, but last weekend they were closed at 5pm on Saturday. This weekend I arrived at 4:30pm, and their gates were down; CLOSED. No sign, nothing. Closed two hours early. While I was there, at least 15-20 people arrived with packages and paperwork, only to find that this location closed two hours early. The people who work here are always very friendly and nice. I just can't give a better rating for a business that doesn't abide by their own posted hours. People rely on the US Postal Service for business, and important paperwork. For a public service to continually shut their doors hours before their closing time, it's not right.

After the horrible experience at the Flushing location, we were feeling really disappointed by the USPS service and wasn’t sure what to expect. A gentleman checked us in on the line outside the door, and we waited for a bit before he said we could go in. Following that, speaking with Liberty has been absolutely amazing! She is so nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, charismatic, kind and helpful! USPS personnel in other locations can learn a lot from her in terms of patience, communication and understanding. She is a gem!
