    The atmosphere started off well, but then it became very unfriendly. I went in and told the clerk I needed to print something. The clerk asked me to wait a moment. I said okay. Later, after they finished processing other people's packages, they started printing mine. I told the clerk I only needed the first page. However, he printed four pages. I said to the clerk, "I clearly said I only needed the first page, yet you printed so many copies?" He said that even if I only needed one page, I would still have to pay for four copies. I confirmed two or three times, but the clerk insisted I pay for four copies. I was very unhappy because I had clearly stated before printing that I only needed the first page, and now I was being charged for a document I didn't need. I told the clerk he could take the unnecessary pages away, but he still insisted that even then, I would have to pay for four copies. I felt this was extremely rude.

    When I walked in the line was out the door I thought to myself I am gong to be here for 20 mins. IN FACT THE OPPOSITE HAPPENED. The staff was EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND INCREDIBLE. I was in and out so quickly thanks to the awareness and promptness of thee staff. I am very impressed with the diligence of the them and appreciate them tremendously.
