- MMMJan 26, 20261.0Be careful when using the UPS store for Shipping items purchased at ROLAND auction. I paid for the shipping a week and a half ago, and they still haven’t even sent it out. Also, while the price for shipping was not outrageous, they told me there was a surcharge for shipping items valued over $1000 So to purchase Insurance for an additional $170 over 1000 it cost $22 or 13% of the additional value. If you don’t take insurance, they say they’re not responsible for anything.

Did a horrible Job explaining and then I spoke to another employee who explained the return to me in a polite manner and it made more sense.
