  Great store, friendly young adults who are very helpful and knowledgeable. I really hope Staples does good by their employees. Treat them well to gain more 😉

  The man who helped us with online pickup was super friendly & helped rush things when we arrived too early (seemingly a limitation of Staples online taking 20 minutes to send electronic notification of a store pickup to the store). However, it was very difficult to find him or anyone else. This store is way understaffed (or they are in the back). Us and other customers were searching for help for over 10 minutes. The one cashier had no ability to call for others or leave his post. The person at the copy center said they were a different department & could only help with copies Also be aware of inflated in store prices. The item we bought online for in store pickup was $5.39 online and $22.99 in store. A whopping 4x!! (An HDMI cable.)

  Make sure they charge you the right price. I picked a product that had a price under it for $19.99. When the rang it up, it came up as $24.99. Please check your purchases.

  Nobody answers the phone here 😒 I waited 20 mins in the first call and they just hang out on me. I'm trying a second time and after 10 minutes I still not having an answer
