    This is the second time I’ve had to ship something and both times, their Assistant Manager, Jawaun, has been awesome! As I was leaving, he went outside to get the UPS driver’s attention as he was pulling away just so he could take my package. Really great customer service and a cool dude, too.

    I have done drop offs at staples multiple times for ups and they told me don't qr codes. Staples was always my backup location if I needed to drop anything off for ups and Staples always did Qr codes no matter where it was from, so I would train your employees as long as it's qr code ups it should be fine because I deal with different sites sell stuff and they shouldn't give me the excuse that they use qr codes when I know I have done it the past.

    Every time I go to the Garden City Park location I have a good experience. The people who work there are friendly and helpful and I find many household items at a good price. Jawaun has helped me make good discissions regarding my computer and has been very helpful and patient in answering my questions.
