As I was leaving, he went outside to get the UPS driver’s attention as he was pulling away just so he could take my package. Really great customer service and a cool dude, too.

Staples was always my backup location if I needed to drop anything off for ups and Staples always did Qr codes no matter where it was from, so I would train your employees as long as it's qr code ups it should be fine because I deal with different sites sell stuff and they shouldn't give me the excuse that they use qr codes when I know I have done it the past.
