I complained to them and they blamed a labor shortage, but they can deliver my mail still, yet can’t pick it up. adding to this, they also have a habit of delivering to the WRONG ADDRESS. Just had to search my apartment complex because USPS delivered to the wrong apartment. I have never dealt with a USPS branch this bad ever in my entire life.

I inquired for help multiple times. Finally the usual front desk lady came and she had a nasty attitude and wasn't polite. Her customer service needs work or she should find a job where she doesn't have to help people face to face.
