- MWMilena WeinbergMar 30, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees at this location. Chui was extremely unprofessional and rude. My package was lost, and she insisted that I never sent it, which is completely inaccurate. But at the same time, she told me that I “left too quickly,” somehow she remembered that . When I asked for her full name, she refused to provide it. Her behavior showed lack of customer service skills and professionalism.This experience was unacceptable, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.

No black tape is allowed according to her. Never had a USPS worker tell me that a certain color tape is not allowed. She definitely made that up and she is extremely rude.

- ISIgor ShamalovMar 11, 20211.0I've been coming to this location for the past 5 years. I was able to drop off the PREPAID packages without waiting in line. Recently there has been some staff changes, now the new employees are refusing to let me drop off prepaid packages. I've owned a retail store next to this location for the past 5 years and specifically purchased a label printer so I don't have wait in constant long lines at this location. This location needs experienced staff with good customer service not make people dozens of people waiting outside every day.
