Chui hates her job so much that she takes it out on the people that walk in. Every time I need to ship something and come here she refuses to scan them saying she doesn’t take multiple orders. After telling her that all shipping is paid for it just need to be scanned tracking she proceeds to post it and starts cursing at me telling me to leave. A miserable human being with 0 customer service. When I asked to speak to supervisor she said this office has no managers or supervisors.
