- ISIgor ShamalovMar 11, 20211.0I've been coming to this location for the past 5 years. I was able to drop off the PREPAID packages without waiting in line. Recently there has been some staff changes, now the new employees are refusing to let me drop off prepaid packages. I've owned a retail store next to this location for the past 5 years and specifically purchased a label printer so I don't have wait in constant long lines at this location. This location needs experienced staff with good customer service not make people dozens of people waiting outside every day.
