  If I could give a zero, I would! Horrible customer service on 3/17 at 10:30 AM. When I went into the store, a Caucasian or Hispanic employee had an attitude and insisted the package had to be shipped together. He then mentioned giving me a discount on a box and later brought up the discount again, even though I never asked for one. I simply wanted to know why I couldn’t send the package separately if it originally arrived that way. His tone and comments made it seem like I was asking for a discount when I wasn’t. Customer service clearly isn’t for him if he has no patience with customers, he should go flip burgers behind the scenes instead. I will no longer be using this UPS location. The service was unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Every time I go here there is always a line and it takes forever. The service is terrible, slow, and inefficient. The employees don’t care if there is a line, nor do they ever seem to act with any haste or efficiency. It is actually painful and frustrating to watch. There is also no designated register for drop offs, so that the people who take 5-10 minutes, hold up the line for others who just need to drop off a package, which takes a few seconds to scan. I only come here if I need to scan a QR code, otherwise I found a new location 2 blocks away to drop off my packages that already have a printed label, and there is never a line there.

  The customer service there is rude and unaccommodating. Asked for a receipt and the clerk, a tall Asian guy, who didn't even look at me as if he were too busy to listen. He told to take a picture of the UPS label but I told him that I wasn't carrying my phone with me. He responded with a snarky attitude, "You don't have a phone ?" So he told me to go find a place where they will give me receipts that he couldn't help me. If he would've at least written down the shipping number and toned down his unfriendly demeanor I would've let it pass but he was downright nasty. UPS could care less about customer service.

  Grumpy old asian lady working the counter. Seems shes very sick of her job. Did not greet. Commanded me to move the boxes. And didnt give a valid reason as to why she wont print me a receipt. The younger gentleman was nice and carefully explained to me as the reason. Thats really all she had to do. Very unpleasant experience at this UPS.

  Dropped off a package on Sunday, young asian guy scanned my package and I asked him for a receipt, he said its fine dont worry about it, 3 days later I'm checking the tracking and it says UPS still hasn't received it, its a $10 return so I'm not going to fight over it but there's a reason this store has a 2 star review
