- TBTony BreuerMar 5, 20245.0Three cheers for the staff at this post office. Lise (correct spelling) is an extraordinarily friendly, professional and helpful postal worker. It is a joy, not a chore, going to the postoffice when she is there. Ignore the defamations posted about her here. Some senders use false names that sound like obscenities to defame others. I also have equal kudos for her equally wonderful colleagues Sean and Adam, both of whom go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. USPS should give them bonuses for their extraordinary service to the Franklin (and Treadwell) communities.

The other person, Lisa, is the reason my family and I use the UPS Store for all our postal needs. If I could get my mail at UPS I would. She is the reason government workers get such a bad rap. She only does the bare minimum and will not help you unless you ask the right questions . Normally, I’m completely against the privatization of the post office, but in this case, I’m all for it. They need to either fire her or move her somewhere she has no contact with customers. She’s the absolute worst.
