Lady behind the counter repeatedly told me my QR code wasn’t correct and then proceeded to rate herself a smile face on the screen where i was supposed to rate my experience so any good reviews you see are just then giving themselves a good review. she then told me to step off to the side and figure it out myself. Worst post office ever!!! ended up having to go to the self service and do it myself where i found out it WAS the correct QR code and easily did it myself. All i had to do was type in the ID number, which she was just to last to do so instead she told me to step off to the side. (there was not one person behind me in line) save yourself the trouble and go to ANY OTHER post office

- KIKyra IrvingOct 28, 20251.0I’ve been trying to apply for my passport for over a month now I’ve been to this post office three times and had an issue each time I went. I was not able to put in my passport application due to staff lacking information on On the proper secondary and primary documentation that can be used to apply for a passport. Thank God, I was able to get in contact with my state rep and they were able to get me a passport appointment and I use the same document I brought to This post office at my passport appointment and had no issues. The staff needs to be retrained on the proper documentation that is accepted, and they also need to learn to be more helpful and informative. I would recommend not going here if possible and I would like to also add they are beyond lazy seems like their go to is to send people to garden city all they want to do is sit around do nothing but talk and get paid. I will be finding a way to hold all of them who work the front desk accountable do you job correctly and without issue especially if the customer is coming in with no problems with all proper documents.

I was doing a passport renewal with my brother and we had all of our documents ready and photos. all we wanted to do was buy envelopes to ship it out but they refused us and told us we needed to make an appointment. I’m sorry but since when do you need to make an appointment to buy envelopes?? they sent us to the garden city location and said that they accept walk ins. left so confused because all needed was envelopes. pls don’t come to work if you don’t want to do your job.
