Franklin Square post office is great. I know some of the clerks names but not all therefore I won't mention any names because they are all great. I am stunned by negative reviews. For decades I have been going to the Franklin Square post office and have found the clerks to be kind helpful friendly knowledgeable an all around great bunch of people. Sincerely , Mary Carr

The staff was very rude and the passport service was ridiculous. I went there with my baby and arrived only 15 minutes late. They made me wait for three hours and handled all the customers who had appointments after mine before finally seeing me at the end of the day.
My baby is only 6 months old and is exclusively breastfed. There was no proper place for me to feed my baby, and they did not seem to care that my baby was crying and hungry. It felt like I was being punished just for being 15 minutes late.
Very disappointing experience.

Do not use this post office for Every door direct mail service. my business attempted on 2x occasions to use this service and they just ended up throwing out our postcards because we were missing one document. They never informed us that we needed this, all of the workers are clueless there. The manager Elvis is even more clueless than them all and not sure how he got his position. They really need to replace the entire staff there.

0 stars. Terrible experience. Lady behind the counter repeatedly told me my QR code wasn’t correct and then proceeded to rate herself a smile face on the screen where i was supposed to rate my experience so any good reviews you see are just then giving themselves a good review. she then told me to step off to the side and figure it out myself. Worst post office ever!!! ended up having to go to the self service and do it myself where i found out it WAS the correct QR code and easily did it myself. All i had to do was type in the ID number, which she was just to last to do so instead she told me to step off to the side. (there was not one person behind me in line) save yourself the trouble and go to ANY OTHER post office
