- SCSean CoomlerAug 15, 20241.0I made an appointment for my passport at 10 AM and arrived early. I had a few questions before my appointment mainly to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed so I didn’t waste anybody’s time…. Lo and behold, the only person that was wasted was mine. The guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me that there’s nobody there that can do my Appointment. But I’m welcome to walk into any other USPS! Ended up going to Black River and they were amazing!

They treat all customers like they are bothering them, despite the unprofessional behavior, the prices on the same size boxes vary in cost from day today even though they're the same size and weight. After they attempted to overcharge me I immediately left and went to the post office in calcium right outside the gate and shipped the box for a significantly cheaper cost. Save yourself the time and frustration and simply shift your business to the post office located right outside the gate
