When I call about where my package is I always get a "chuckle" from the postmaster "oh we had a SUB" That's not the right answer! Someone is clearly NOT DOING THIER JOB!! Sub or not. This has happened at least a dozen times this year alone. And someone needs to be held accountable!! Fedex, UPS, and Amazon all get it right, so what's wrong with USPS ?
