Like any busy NYC branch, it has that high-energy, fast-paced environment, but the staff here is remarkably efficient at keeping the lines moving. The self-service kiosks are a lifesaver for quick drop-offs, and I’ve always found the lobby to be well-maintained. Whether I'm mailing a birthday gift or just picking up a book of Forever stamps, it’s a reliable neighborhood anchor that gets the job done with classic Queens professionalism.

They deal with horrible Karens all day long, every time I go some old person is giving them crap. Lisa, my clerk is always amazing, she never makes even a Single mistake in the hers I’m going there. I give them an A++ but there are times you should not go there. If you go before closing, then it’s not good. That’s when all the lazy, impatient, disorganized people run in at once. Don’t go there 430-5pm! you will be fine. There’s a lovely, shorter Asian woman who’s also amazing, plus Lisa.. and a few great clerks there.
