  Horrible place that charges $5.79 to print a label. Stores like this aren’t owned by ups but franchised and the owner sets these insane fees. Avoid using ups if you can.

  I went to the register for assistance to get my label printed and the gentleman told me to use the self assisting machine, as I am waiting to use the machine the other gentleman proceeds to tell me I can’t use that to print my label after waiting 10-15 mins to use the self servicing machine. I already had the label and just needed it printed which they were trying to charge me for and I have NEVER been charged to do so before at any UPS location. I grabbed my stuff and left without any help. All 3 gentlemen seem to be having a bad day; I would never return to this location.

  There are no Notary services on weekends, even though you can book an appt online for notary services on Saturday and Sunday. The staff nonchalantly said they know this is an issue and won't change it on their website.

  Extremely unprofessional, condescending, and rude staff who are more interested in talking to each other than providing customer service. They will ignore the customer and act like you are an idiot when you are trying to figure out how to get service.

  I want to this location on 3/9/26 9 am to drop off two packages like I have done on multiple occasions before. Normally it’s a smooth visit I put my packages on the counter they scan it I get my receipt I leave. Not today for some reason the older Asian man with glasses hated his life and decided he was asset protection for UPS. I put my first package on the scale and go to rest my second package on the counter and he starts berating me about how my package of clothing is going to break the credit card machine and asked me if I was gunna pay for it. If you’re that upset about/ hate your job you need to RETIRE. If you don’t want to provide customer service RETIRE. If you go here go to any other counter get anyone else but him to help you he is miserable!
