Made appt for passport for 9 am. It is now 9:30 am. Why would we make appointment to be first so there's no delays and yet the workers here does not want to serve us till THEY are ready to?! The clerk told us no one is here to help at 9:10 and then at 9:20 said he's taking his 15 mins break and for us to wait.

I had several horrible experiences in this place. One time, when the delivery can be picked up by an authorized representative with the ID of the representative, as so said on the USPS official website and their print out, they don’t follow that. They asked additional document, the the ID of the receiver, which was not listed as the required document. It is okay if they said it professionally. But they said it as if they were the boss and they set the rule. They didn’t let me finish my sentence. They didn’t care what is on the print document or USPS online requirement in the scheduling tool for mail pickup. They didn’t explain why they don’t follow the rule, they just told me that they need what they said. And every time you have to get back to the long queue again.

We had a passport renewal appointment this morning at 9:30 AM, but there was no service at all until 10:15 AM, at which point we left. Another customer with a 9:00 AM appointment was also still waiting.
There was no communication or explanation from staff about the delay. We were never approached or informed of what was happening. Only one employee appeared to be handling customers, and while I felt bad for her, the situation clearly reflects poor staffing and management.
This is the second time we’ve experienced bad service at this location. USPS really needs to improve organization, staffing, and customer communication here. Very disappointing.

They are Thieves. I dropped off mail and mistakenly included a UPS package that was a phone I was returning to T-Mobile. They stole it. I went back to the office and was told it wasn't there and that they UPS driver picked it up. The phone was never found costing me $800.

12/3/2025 Came here before 5pm, waited patiently in line like everyone else, but was turned away after more than 15 min of waiting! They argued that I came after 5pm which is not true! Look at the cameras! To make matters worse, they took care of a white lady who came after me. Go figure! Suggestion, albeit common sense, this Forest Hill USPS location should have set up a system to clearly indicate that they are not accepting any more customers after closing time. Few more people came after me and waited as well. The agents working behind the counter were augumentative, dismissive and condescending. I felt being terribly treated and belittled at this location and needless to say will not return for services. The management and employees would have been in danger of losing their job if it's a private company. Sadly this is how our tax dollars are spent!
