My package was supposed to arrive on November 13, but they said they couldn’t leave it in the building. Then I requested a redelivery for November 14, and no one delivered my package again. After that, I went to the USPS office today to pick it up myself. One of the workers claimed that the package wasn’t there. I had to prove that my package should be at their location. In the end, after an hour and a half, they finally found it sitting in their warehouse.
This is a very bad post office and a terrible USPS location. The service is unacceptable, the workers are unhelpful, and it’s clear they don’t care about customers at all!!!

Wait time was long, but Nakaylah was very kind, helpful and efficient. They seemed to have staffing issues day I was there. Not her fault.

It’s a shame they are so understaffed but the employees that are there are doing the best they can. They are some of the sweetest people I’ve met. Of course people are trying to get things done and are stressed when there’s misunderstandings but the employees here are very straightforward and helpful. No fluff but you get what you need and then you’re out. I’ve lived in the area for almost 2 years and always go here for shipping or mailing or passport related things. They’re always very helpful even when I don’t understand why something has to be a certain way. They explain and provide advice on what to do.
Thanks for your service!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. This place is horrible, they have a nasty attitude and do not even try to accommodate, I went in to confirm my address for in person verification and the teller said I had to wait on a line I was late already waiting on for over 10 mins because of how slow they were moving. Everyone was frustrated and complaining and they moved even slower, arrogance and incompetence. I’ve done this before and ever had to “wait on the line” again; I just wait to the side. Very rude.
