One time, when the delivery can be picked up by an authorized representative with the ID of the representative, as so said on the USPS official website and their print out, they don’t follow that. They asked additional document, the the ID of the receiver, which was not listed as the required document. It is okay if they said it professionally. But they said it as if they were the boss and they set the rule. They didn’t let me finish my sentence. They didn’t care what is on the print document or USPS online requirement in the scheduling tool for mail pickup. They didn’t explain why they don’t follow the rule, they just told me that they need what they said. And every time you have to get back to the long queue again.
