I couldn't hear the clerk properly, I would assume the intercom is out of service. 3. don't USPS identify your tracking number on your receipt anymore? I enquired about tracking and was told everything is on my receipt.
- JBJeffrey B.Sep 30, 20161.02 clerks were on duty in the early am. I was the only customer. Asked 1 clerk to hand cancel some oversized envelopes. She advised me that "they weren't adequately staffed for that service". The 2 clerks were doing exactly NOTHING. I left went to anther PO and the clerks couldn't be nicer; very patiently and carefully did as I requested. If there happens to be any supervisors or quality auditors out there (wishful thinking!?) some secret visits should be made. Clerks are LAZY. They should be written up and reprimanded.
