I was verbally abused by the Asian worker in this store. The other men working there were very respectful. I was trying to mail & fax urgent paperwork for my mom’s hospice home care. This was the last thing I needed!
He needs to go or I will press charges!

I want to this location on 3/9/26 9 am to drop off two packages like I have done on multiple occasions before. Normally it’s a smooth visit I put my packages on the counter they scan it I get my receipt I leave.
Not today for some reason the older Asian man with glasses hated his life and decided he was asset protection for UPS. I put my first package on the scale and go to rest my second package on the counter and he starts berating me about how my package of clothing is going to break the credit card machine and asked me if I was gunna pay for it.
If you’re that upset about/ hate your job you need to RETIRE. If you don’t want to provide customer service RETIRE. If you go here go to any other counter get anyone else but him to help you he is miserable!
Standard size UPS store.I understand that they are all privately owned and operated but since the are representing UPS, they should norm around best practices that all locations should follow.
For starters, the prices are drastically higher. I needed to print a label and he told me the 2 sheets were $5.79. Not for shipping the product, just printing. Insane! They also charge you for tape. The customer service agents are incredibly impatient and lack empathy. I am temporarily disabled and using a walker and was struggling to get the box to his counter while maintaining my balance, he kept rushing me. However, I had patiently waited just like everyone else.
I found a new replacement store because this is just not worth the frustration.
I’m writing to express an ongoing concern regarding my experiences at this location.
Due to my work schedule, the only time I am able to visit the store to make Amazon returns is on weekends shortly before closing. As a result, I typically come about once a week and may have multiple returns at a time.
Unfortunately, each time I visit, the three men working at the return counters laugh, snicker, and make remarks while looking directly at me. They speak to one another in another language, but it is very clear from their behavior and tone that they are commenting on the number of items I return and the timing of my visits. This behavior is obvious, uncomfortable, and highly unprofessional.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Regardless of personal opinions, employees should perform their duties professionally and without making a customer feel targeted or ridiculed.
My experiences at this location have been extremely unpleasant, and the workers need to be retrained or replaced.

I wanted to bring this to management’s attention before escalating the matter to corporate, so you are aware of this repeated behavior. My experiences at this location have been extremely unpleasant, and I believe corrective action is necessary.
Also I personally wrote to the email address given for complaints, but apparently noone responds.
