- KMKitty M4 days ago1.0They are the absolute worst their customer service skills suck and they always have an attitude when you go into the store. I just went in to pick up a print order there were 5 females just standing around doing absolutely NOTHING and then one of them who looked like a MINION apparently she is the manager so she thinks she has the right to speak to people however she like proceeds to tell me to stand at the side and wait 5 minutes they're so unprofessional and nasty. I left on my lunch break and they are just standing around chatting so I must wait till they finish their conversation. I go through this same issue every single week because I use the print service for my business. It's always the female employees that are always nasty and act like you're bothering them. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location because you will encounter the same problem.

They have the infamous excuse that “It’s the printers fault”… No…. If your proof shows the final product that looks good to you, then THAT’S EXACTLY what you’re supposed to receive as a paying customer. They ask you to add your phone number in the order, but NEVER call when they see that something is off (I’m not referencing spelling and grammar errors, I’m referencing prints being cut off from your project). Most importantly please don’t let their attitudes scare you. There’s nothing to be scared of, PROMISE.

I've been coming here since I moved to Kew Gardens 5 years ago. I recommend them. You have to patient when it gets busy.
