I experienced an unprofessional and discriminatory interaction with one of your clerks, Jennifer, that I believe warrants your immediate attention and review.
I came to the post office to drop off a return package. I approached service window 4 where Jennifer was stationed. Upon requesting to drop off my package, Jennifer refused to assist me and instead directed me to use the self-service machine. When I explained that my package was too large to fit in the self-service drop-off box, Jennifer dismissed my concerns, stating that it wouldn’t fit at the service window either, which was untrue—my package was within the size limit and fit perfectly in the window.
Despite my polite request for assistance, Jennifer continued to be unhelpful and rude. I showed her the return QR code, and after scanning it, she claimed the package could not be accepted because it was overweight. I fully understood the policy and assured her I would remove some items to make the weight within the acceptable limit. However, instead of assisting me further, Jennifer insisted I contact the merchant for a new label, which I found to be an unreasonable suggestion.
I requested to speak with a manager, and after doing so, the manager confirmed that I could simply adjust the package’s weight and proceed without needing a new label. After repackaging my items to meet the weight requirements, I returned to window 4 to find Jennifer once again refusing to serve me. She continued to assist other customers while ignoring me. During my wait, I observed that Jennifer's behavior seemed disproportionately harsh toward Asian clients, leading me to believe that racial bias may have influenced her treatment of me.
I am deeply disappointed by Jennifer’s rude and dismissive behavior, and I feel that her actions were both unprofessional and discriminatory. No customer should be treated in such a manner, and I trust you will investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure that future interactions are more respectful and in line with the standards of service your post office is expected to uphold.

Worst service and all time have to wait longer in line even there for only money order. No one there outside who guide people. Senior staff should get fired. Worst management

Only 1 window open at 4:30pm. I waited for 25 minutes, still 7 people in front of me. Probably the worst USPS in the states.

I purchased a prepaid parcel online, I even entered a higher weight for it just in case their "machine" says it's a few oz heavier (like they always do at this location). Everything was done properly, then after 40 mins on the line, when it was my turn, they tried to screw me over by saying I owed an extra $8 because their computer system says I need to pay more. I literally bought the shipping from the official USPS site, and I showed my phone with all the info on the purchase and receipt.
The teller said it's not her problem, and she called for her supervisor, an Asian lady named "LUCY". She was even worse than the teller. She refused to return my package, and not refund me when I said I'll bring my business to the local UPS. Then she slammed the "closed window" sheet in my face. Then she told the teller to just ignore me, and don't bother to speak to me.
My father worked for the USPS for over 30yrs, he was shocked at the "service" provided in this local center.
From now on, I'll either use the UPS, or go to my regular previous USPS, it's further away, but they treat you as a human.
Anyone reading, if you don't heed my review warning, then pray you don't come across "LUCY", unless you want to be dehumanized.
