This place is my savior! So easy to do any return here. Never a wait and staff is amazing. Noor is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a gem in the neighborhood.
I came in to return a package using my own box. The employee assisting me began telling me that my box would not work because it did not have a ridge, and then insisted that it needed to have a UPS logo. He then attempted to sell me a new box, despite the fact that I already had a perfectly usable box with me. His name is Noaar.

I wished I can give 0 stars for this ups store, very disappointed for the services, I shipped a next day arriving package, but my friend got it until the fourth day, we tried to track the package and called to ups customer service line many times and the people have no idea where the package was or went to where, everyone picked up the phone and telling the difference story, like kicking a ball to nowhere, very ridiculous. Called to the local shipper at 2605 Francis Levis blvd Flushing, the employee picked up the phone with miserable attitude, how did they make a business like that ?? WILL NOT RECOMMED ANY ONE GO TO THIS LOCATION !
Maybe I’m one of the few who has received subpar service in this location. I initially stopped to drop off my packages. The first one was handled fine until the second one came up with some issues. I had a hard time myself understanding what went wrong and tried my best to articulate the matter. As I was explaining to the girl at the front, different from the guy who helped with my first package, looked more and more judgy. Maybe that is just how she looks when she’s confused but it just came across as judgmental. She calls the first guy over, I explain the same situation, I need some clarity on what could be done. They just stare at me for a while, not knowing what to do. Maybe it’s the way they were trained, but please do something? Admit they’re not sure how to handle the matter, grab another someone more experienced, like anything. I just left because I figured they wouldn’t be much more help.
