No self-service machine either. When I mail a prepaid package and need it scanned for insurance purposes, it should be done immediately. Not waiting 5-10 minutes behind one person who needs to send a money order and has no idea how, plus others who need to pay for new labels. They really need to hire more desk clerks, or at least get a self service kiosk or two. Just government inefficiency…
