No self-service machine either. When I mail a prepaid package and need it scanned for insurance purposes, it should be done immediately. Not waiting 5-10 minutes behind one person who needs to send a money order and has no idea how, plus others who need to pay for new labels. They really need to hire more desk clerks, or at least get a self service kiosk or two. Just government inefficiency…

I had visited another post office and the employees there had been far less helpful, so I am so grateful to these two employees fot their help and guidance!

The women who’s was trying to help me with my return was so rude and looked like she hated her life. I don’t understand why people that are so unprofessional are hired to work.
