Her attitude was hostile and completely unprofessional. It was evident that she had no interest in assisting customers or doing her job with even basic courtesy. This goes beyond having an “off day.” Her behavior indicates a deep-seated unwillingness to perform her duties. If she does not want to serve the public, she should not work at the United States Postal Service. We, the taxpayers and customers, are not here to be her emotional punching bags. We pay for a service and deserve to be treated with respect.

- CCClayDec 27, 20251.0This place holds a very special memory. I come in trying to get a package/mail addressed to me. It says, "owner". I go to the delivery window, to which I give my ID and the slip. This lady takes 10 minutes, comes back to me and starts going on a whole rant saying, "I cant give you anything, i cant so this that and the third, your name doesnt match the package, and its addressed to Owner. What even is an owner? That doesnt mean anything." And I look at her in disbelief and say, "Owner, like, the owner of this home?" This lady gets all wide eyed and starts rambling all embarrassed basically trying to talk all that trash to me cause she embarrassed she doesnt know what Owner is. Tells me that I need to show proof I'm the owner. OK, fine I accept that. I can pull up a government website stating that my name is under ownership right there. Ohh but noooo, "We dont do phone ID you need to print it". You want me to go home, print out the exact page that shows Im the owner, and then come back to give you the exact same document that I could show you in 5 minutes. OK. So I go home, print out the page, come back. Now pickup is on break. Whatever it is that you're training your employees to do is setting them up for failure. Please review your training and keep up with the times.

There’s no one on the floor to help.There’s a language issue. Some people are learning how to speak English don’t know the Exact what the questions they’re telling them to do then they teller gets mad at the person for not paying attention. Let’s not be so rude. We’re all in it together.
