I went there on a Wednesday night , and the clerk, Tamasha, charged me the wrong price and spoke to me with a very poor attitude. There is also another Asian representative who works in the lobby who was not polite either. She allowed her coworker to speak loudly, yell, and use discriminatory language, and she would not allow me to explain the situation. However, I would like to express my appreciation for Erin. She was extremely helpful and saved me both time and money .

Bad experience. The staff was very rude and crude, especially the tall and thin male staff with glasses, who would shout at people and have a very bad attitude.

I’ve never made an issue of waiting on line, it’s part of the experience but Election Day is on my birthday and I did a mail in ballot. Dropped it off with an employee and she waved it around smiling saying “you’re all set”, didn’t post mark it in-front of me and now I come to find out my vote was never submitted. ridiculous.

The worst post office I've ever been to. Lines are too long and only 1 or 2 staff members. They allow people to cut in line. Flushing is a predominantly Chinese community and yet no Chinese speaking staff at this location. Staff members are short tempered and yell at customers. Was on line for about 20 minutes and the staff yelled at 4 different customers.

I usually have no trouble with the carrier services from the USPS truck when it’s my usual girl, but when they send different people there’s always a complication. My mom was home today waiting for my package, and the USPS sat in front of our building for half an hour (they said they attempted delivery at 4:02, my mom texted at 4:21 to ask if there was an update on the package because the truck was there and I had not seen the message until after 5). They did not attempt delivery (didn’t ring the bell), left no note (even though it says they did, and I checked both sides of the building’s lobby and first floor), so I have no idea when I can attempt to pick up my package at the post office. I’m sure it’s pure laziness on the drivers part because my building is very accessible and has places to leave the packages that are secure, plus we have cameras if there are any further issues. Please only hire competent people who don’t slack off and make others do extra work! Now I’ll have to spend over half an hour waiting in line to POTENTIALLY pick up my package because I’m in the dark!
