Unfortunately, the staff member in the black jacket had an extremely unprofessional and rude attitude. As soon as I asked my second question about the mailing process, he immediately grew impatient—his body language was dismissive, and their eyes even showed obvious annoyance. This customer service is completely unacceptable. Answering customer questions is part of your job; there is no excuse for treating a first-time customer with such contempt and impatience. I will never come back here and strongly recommend others to avoid this location for their mailing needs.
