Employees are constantly on their personal phones with Bluetooth headsets and make no effort to greet or assist customers. It appears your staff are allowed to do whatever they want without any supervision. This store is clearly poorly managed. I will not be returning.

I was just in the neighborhood and need to print one page from my email, this employee tried to charged me $5.00. Needless to say I got out of this nonsense place ASAP. I knew well from other locations they charge $1.00 for the print of first page and maybe 50 cents there after. Maybe a quarter (I can’t recall). So I didn’t appreciate they tried to cheat me out of my hard earned dollar.

- XYXinchong YangOct 30, 20251.0Very outrageous customer service from an employee named SETHI. I was there to drop off a prepaid package. There was no line, and I was expecting a quick drop-off. Instead, SETHI’s attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though he saw me waiting, he ignored me and continue looking at his cell phone. After he finally called and scanned my label on my package, he refused to accept the package and acted like I had done something wrong in front of all other customers who was in the store at that time. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll be avoiding this UPS location in the future. If you don’t want to be treated disrespectfully, I’d recommend avoiding this store as well.
