  I go here all the time. Super fast and well staffed. They have lollipops for my kids. And I love the quick scan option for my Amazon returns.

  $79 for bubble wrap???!!! $175 to ship two prints?? I bought two prints and I wanted to ship them home to Florida. I left and went to a FedEx at a Wal-Mart in Newburgh, where I was only charged $168 for everything including BUBBLE WRAP!!!! The representative told me she only wanted to "help me...." the only thing she wanted to help with is my wallet! Don't waste your money - go to a FedEx location (located in several Wal-Mart locations).

  I stopped in to ask if they had a FedEx shipping label pouch. I understand they’re UPS, but the way the employee (who seemed like a manager) responded was unnecessarily rude. She said, “That’s FedEx, we’re UPS,” in a tone that felt dismissive and meant to make me feel stupid for asking. A simple polite explanation would’ve been fine. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience wasn’t it. I won’t be returning.

  I know UPS stores don’t usually get much love but I’ve been coming here for years and the employees here are friendly and move everyone along quickly. No complaints.

  UPS Delivery Review I placed a metal rack outside my home specifically so delivery drivers would not leave packages sitting on wet ground or snow. Despite this, UPS stacked my boxes directly on the icy, soaking wet concrete — right next to the rack that was clearly there for that exact purpose. This is careless handling of customer property. These were cardboard boxes sitting in snow and slush, risking water damage to the contents. The rack was easily accessible and visible, yet completely ignored. Basic common sense and respect for customers’ packages should not be too much to ask. Very disappointing service.
