I walked in at 2:18 with multiple certified mail envelopes that had to be mailed a.s.a.p, to find there was construction happening at the window, the lady at the desk snapped at me that they are closed,I asked when they reopened to which she said 2:30. So I waited in my car and went in again at 2:30. She asked what I needed and I said I had these certified envelopes to go out. She,acting clearly annoyed got up from her desk, mumbles "these people" and walks to the open door to see what I have. Then says I can't get to the counter,can you go to Harris P.O? I couldn't and said i'm sorry,I really can't. She snaps again at me that she can't help me. So I of course on defense to the very nasty attitude I received asked if this was a post office and if they were open? The worker guy then very nastily says he will be done in 1 minute. So when the very rude lady gets to the register she then asks how I am paying and after I said credit card,suddenly the machine is down. When I asked how long the machine would be down she says "Oh Idk, could be 5 seconds,5 hours,tomorrow? " when I comment on the way I was treated the workers and the lady started laughing at me! Seriously,did she expect to be nasty towards me from the minute I walked in before her lunch break was over,then even more so because she had to get up from her desk and expect me to not have a tone? Absolute worst P.O in Sullivan County!
