And they are the RUDEST people I have ever dealt with. Sue is just plain nasty. Maybe it's time for her to retire or something. When you ask to speak to manager they tell you they don't have one. When pressed they either say the manager out of the office or in meeting. I lived in a larger town for many years and NEVER had an issue. Now in Farmington I have issues constantly. Being a small facility I would think they could manage it but they can't. The USPS needs to re-evaluate the way things are done at this location and the clerks they have representing them.
