I went in there to do a change of address form with the email from USPS stating what ID I needed and the woman working gave me a nasty attitude and told me I needed a second form of ID, which completely contradicted the email I got from USPS. I will never go there again!
- TDTarayn DhansewJul 5, 20251.07/5/25. Would not go here again- clerk gave completely incorrect info. I needed to provide in-person ID verification. I received an email from USPS with very clear instructions that I would only need one form of photo ID in my situation. I presented the bar code provided in the email. Clerk proceeded to tell me that I needed two forms of ID. I explained the email clearly says one, which is all I had on me at the time. she adamantly said maybe the email says that but for them at the store they need two. She gave me a form for opening a PO Box which listed the options for valid forms of ID. Told her I am not opening a PO Box and explained again what I was there for and she kept insisting I needed two forms. I left and went 5 mins down the road to another USPS. Showed my email and ONE form of photo ID to the clerk and was out the door in less than a minute. Go to a different USPS if you need a similar service.

- SDSalvo D'AguannoDec 19, 20191.0I normally go to this post office and I've never had a problem I go today to drop off 50 envelopes and they told me that I need to put a stamp on each one individually instead of wearing them and stamping them the place is always empty that is the reason why I go there the worst customer service ever the Post Office Union is a joke because they let people get away with everything it is the worst branch of civil service I've ever seen in my life and I look forward to the day that the post office goes out of business just to teach her a lesson and what it is to have a real job
