- MSMir SabiryJun 14, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location just a few minutes before closing. As I approached the door to drop off pre-labeled packages, one of the workers deliberately locked the door in front of me and said, “We’re closed. Come tomorrow morning.” I tried to explain that I wasn’t looking to conduct any new business I was simply trying to drop off already labeled packages, which takes less than 30 seconds. I could even see her bringing other packages to the back, so it’s not like they had shut down operations yet. Instead of being reasonable or even mildly courteous, she rudely repeated, “Come tomorrow.” When I asked her name, she sarcastically responded, “Lead Clerk, come tomorrow.” I’ve never been treated with such unprofessionalism in a federal facility. She acted as if she owned the place, forgetting that this is a public service, not her personal business. All I was trying to do was ensure my customers’ shipments went out in a timely manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on USPS.

We hardly got any mail…even a relative called me to see why something came back to her, stating “UTF”…unable to forward…I even called them and they said they will open an investigation, got a follow up email after the call that they opened an investigation but nothing after that…so disappointing
