We hardly got any mail…even a relative called me to see why something came back to her, stating “UTF”…unable to forward…I even called them and they said they will open an investigation, got a follow up email after the call that they opened an investigation but nothing after that…so disappointing
- AOAnnie OJul 20, 20235.0After having so many problems after problems, I literally had multiple people to assist me. But I am glad I have so many people who actually care at this place. Tim, Dan Lashan, Cathy and many more. Are literally great team to help. You literally need to go in crying to get help. I shouldn't have been rude on the phone but after having an issue with my PO box, glad this location was able to assist me. Definitely a new experience. Make sure if you rent a PO box keep an eye on who is able to access it and keep it to one person.
