  Worst possible ups store don’t bother going. All three workers spoke to you with an attitude. My ups email says that the ups store can print a label for me but the workers refused to do so because clearly very lazy. Showed them my email and they said sorry we can’t the register is close. So why are your doors open? Maybe close the register after the place is closed!!! Useless.

  This UPS store in Farmingdale NY was referred as a trusted art handler/shipper by a regional auction house from which I had successfully bid on a rare 19th c. Roman (Italian) cararra marble statuette from a prominent estate sale. The pertinent detail is that I'm located in Palm Springs, southern California, and wanted to be sure the artwork arrived intact. UPS franchise owner Aysha Makda immediately earned the same trust from me she has with the auction house. Her detailed e-mail and phone advice walked me through the logistics for getting the marble piece to me quickly, economically, and safely. Her team packed the historic piece, about the size of a large suitcase (but much heavier) in high density foam, plastic wrap, an inner box, bubble wrap, an outer box, all clearly labeled for the cross country journey. Opening the box at the Palsm Springs UPS store I had arranged to receive this high-value item proved that the UPS Farmington store had done an excellent packing job on top of their excellent administrative efforts. This review is lengthy, but I wanted to share the quality of the work Aysha and her team accomplished. Her shop therefore has my highest recommendation for your fine art, and other packing and shipping services. Five out of five stars!

  Excellent and FAST service. I'm in and out every time and there's a notary. Can get many tasks handled in one location. Staff is always friendly and attentive!

  Forced to Buy Boxes for a Simple Drop-Off! Awful Service. I am writing this review because of my consistently terrible experience at the UPS store in Farmingdale. I have now been here twice to drop off a return item that required no box and no label printing—it was a simple, pre-labeled return. On both visits, the staff insisted that I had to buy one of their boxes to ship my item, even though it was completely unnecessary. This feels like a scam to force customers into paying for services they don't need. When I tried to complain about this policy to the store manager, I was shocked by her unprofessional response. She offered no solution and simply told me I could "go to another store." This is not how you treat customers. Taking her advice, I went to the UPS store in Levittown, and guess what? They processed my return immediately with zero issues. They never asked me to buy anything. This proves that the problem is solely with the Farmingdale location. Because of this forced upsell and the manager's complete lack of care, I will never go to the Farmingdale UPS store again. I highly recommend you avoid this location and go to Levittown instead, where they actually know how to help customers. "This is a return for Temu. My instructions show 'no print, no box needed'."
