- NRNoemi Reynoso5 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Yesterday, my tracking was updated to "Business Closed - Delivery Attempted," which is a blatant lie. I have a security guard in my lobby 24/7 no attempt was made. I went to the office today to resolve this and the experience was even worse. Only one customer service representative was working for a line of over 50 people. A male supervisor told me my package was loaded and would be delivered in 10 minutes. He instructed me to write my phone number on a piece of paper for him and then disappeared. I waited for two hours for him to return to collect the information he requested. He never came back out. As of now, my package is still not "out for delivery" despite what I was told to my face. This post office is poorly managed and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time. They need to do better.

- KBKeturah BFeb 18, 20265.0I have no idea what their names are and I am sooooo mad at myself for not asking, but I just left the post office literally 2 seconds ago today 2/18/2026. There was a young lady with red hair and another lighter skinned taller young woman. They were super professional, patient, and thorough. My package was supposed to be delivered today and for whatever reason said it was undeliverable, so I ran to the post office. Waiting for a dress for a loved one's funeral the very next day with literally no way to get anything else. The young lady with the red hair spent time even after closing to find my package. I can't tell you how much that meant to me with the time I've been having. That extra few minutes to care. Listen ladies no matter what, no matter the type of day, know you are appreciated. God bless you!

- CDCraig DFeb 17, 20261.0This has to be one of or the worst office in the Rockaways. The lines are always or most times supper long. At times only one or the most two agents there. Lines take up to an hour and a half when really it should be less than 30 mins. It's so much that the agents can do to alleviate this issue. This show an extremely poor ability on the management team. If I could have given 0 fir this review it would not be low enough
