I am a new residents in the Rockway, my package was delivered there and when I came to pick it up. The lady said ohhh no your package is not here without even checking it. I insisted and she checked and bring me my packages. My second experience was when I had to bring two boxes for returns and the guy told me ohhh no we can’t take this box, you need to call to schedule a pick up at your place and told me that they don’t don’t do my order which I never heard of at post office. If you can please avoid this place at any cost
