Your employee John may have been having a bad day. Hopefully he is not always as rude, condensending, unwilling to be more helpful, as well as showing his disdain. I've never been treated so rudely. I've always had excellent service at this location and very friendly people. I have never been treated to rudely at any store. Maybe being in the service industry is not for him as he seems to dislike people. I spent $91 which is considerable. Not sure if the box he chose was larger than it needed to be. It appeared to be poorly taped for a heavy box. He went in the back and came out too quickly. Hopefully he put some filler or stuffing in the box. He ruined my entire day. It was a debacle if ever. I've told numerous people today and they were shocked to hear how horribly I was treated.
