I had a great experience at the UPS Store in Fairport. I had 5 cell phones to send back to Verizon and each one had to be handled separately. You could see how things could have gone wrong - but Sergio handled everything really well. There was a line of customers building behind us but Sergio never faltered, kept his cool and concentration and handled my transaction flawlessly and quickly. Much Kudos to Sergio and the Fairport UPS store!

I always use this location in Fairport to send all packages they pack and send Christmas gifts to Colorado Springs for me every year. Always have great luck with them and always a pleasant experience when I go there!
