And then they say sorry I can’t deliver a 30lb package because “it’s too heavy” (but just last week my 40 lb package was delivered) okay, then why are you mail delivery person… or why didn’t you ask for help.

She was talking on her cellphone when I came in and continued her call the entire time she was processing my package. Very unprofessional.

I'm required to have a post box even though I live within two blocks of the office but their hours are not conducive to a working persons schedule which means I can rarely pick up the mail they have shoved into the box.
