I didn't call to waste my time with things I could easily do online! I did not call to speak with a robot on loop, I needed someone with a brain, otherwise I wouldn't be using a phone to call in the first place! People are 5 stars; automated systems make it 0 stars if I could. The obsession with automation for everything is more than a big issue!
- VKV KJul 5, 20181.0Honestly, for a few years we had a mailman that was constantly mixing our mail with someone from another street. We were constantly receiving mail that said “delivered to wrong address”. We also had to do the same when he would deliver someone else’s mail to us. Today a man who I’ve never seen brought my amazon package to my home because it had been delivered to his house and he had opened it without realizing that it wasn’t his (or so he claimed). I appreciate that he took the time to bring it over but it just makes me wonder what else has been incorrectly delivered where the person didn’t bother to go through the inconvenience of returning it. If I could get all of my packages and mail delivered through UPS instead of the US postal service that it what I would do. I get that people make mistakes but at this point its just incompetence.
