  I’ve long trusted this Staples location for my store’s UPS returns and even send customers here. Today, when I requested my usual return receipt (which I need for business), I was told to just take a picture of the box. I asked why they couldn’t print it as before and was told only one printer worked. I asked if they could print it at the front like they used to, but was told “things have changed.” I asked why I had to wait 25–30 minutes when no other customers were there, and was told they had “other things to do.” When I asked for a manager, I was told (with a passive-aggressive attitude and dismissive body language) that she was the manager. When I asked her name, she said “Cindy.” Eventually, another associate threw the receipt on the table rudely. When I took a picture for accountability, the associate cursed loudly. This was shockingly unprofessional compared to my past visits. I will be escalating this to Staples’ CEO, Rachel Huckle, to ensure this is addressed.

  ZERO attention to detail. A local shipper mistakenly used a post office box address to send out a package to myself, using a UPS label he generated. His shipping department blew past the fact that UPS doesn't deliver to a post office box. The staff at this Staples location accepted a package for shipping via UPS to an address UPS wouldn't deliver to. While the actual shipper takes the blame for incompetence, putting speed over attentiveness, the staff at this Staples should have caught the shipping error and informed the customer his item could not be sent out. They passed on an item that they should have stopped. Go with FedEx instead, and shop for your supplies at Amazon. Nonsense.

  I had a great experience at Staples! The staff member who assisted me was extremely kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to help me with everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find such friendly and attentive customer service, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for the excellent service—I will definitely be coming back!
