- ANA NonJul 15, 20181.0How do I even begin to describe the saga of my buying experience with NBB Office Furniture? I guess in one sentence: Back away slowly, turn and run, stay away, stay very far away. This is a saga of broken promises and lengthy delays with “dog ate my homework” excuses (that is, when we could even get a hold of Tim, who just does not return phone calls). In fairness, some of the delay is arguably not his fault because his suppliers were slow, but his failure to manage our expectations and his failure to communicate with his customer land squarely in his court. This is clearly a businessman who does not care about his customers, no matter how nice he may seem when taking your order. We were promised our office furniture two months ago, and we still have not received it all. Have you received a call from him? Neither have I.
