- ATAmoret ThissellMar 11, 20261.0Today I received a large package of seafood from Louisiana. I requested that the box to be delivered at my front door. I am HANDICAPPED. The driver REFUSED to bring the large heavy box up to me standing at my front door. Fortunately, my landscaper was here and brought it up to me. FedEx is the absolute WORST Carrier and the Elmhurst location has the worst people working there, namely Muhammad who has such a bad attitude. Other reviews have complaints about him too. FedEx needs strong excoriation about their drivers not helping handicapped elderly people with their deliberate disregard for their safety and needs. Shameful behavior.

Not only were we in the building - we installed special chimes on our front door that will ring EVERYWHERE when the front door opens. I have been waiting for my package for weeks now - and they have apparently "attempted delivery" 5 times - and each date given, we were there and waiting for them. And - dont even get me started on 800GOFEDEX...what a waste of time trying to speak to someone. I will be BOYCOTTING FEDEX. They are a HUGE disappointment.
