  Terrible Amazon return. I stopped in yesterday for a return and the system was down so they could not do the return. Today I called and they said they could do the return. I immediately got in the car and drove there. Upon arrival they said the system was down again and they could not do the return.

  I would not recommend going to this Staples. There aren't enough cashiers, and lines are frequently very long. They also don't have but one or two sales associates working the entire floor and so there are lines for them as well. Worst of all is their Amazon return process. Expect a line of anywhere from 10-20 people and a wait of about an hour. It appears the one person they have working this line is always an inexperienced new hire just learning how to do a retail job. So clearly this is a poorly managed and understaffed store. My comments are from experiences prior to the holidays, but written because extra staff was not hired for the holidays and I just spent 1 1/2 hours waiting on the Amazon line. The machine broke, and the inemptness of the senior staff to provide a reasonable customer experience was glaring.

  Don’t EVER buy Staples store brand products from there. I bought a shredder there in March and after the eight months the motor would go on but the blades would not turn so I decided to bring my shredder back to the Staples store in Elmsford where the shredder was was picked up for purchase and the rep stated that they could not give me a new shredder because it was past the decline for an exchange, refund of store credit (What deadline?) despite the fact the product is under a year old and to my understanding any electronics that is purchased from a store has a one warranty so the rep called Staples Customer Service and they told me to bring my shredder back home, open up a Case#, call them back then perform a troubleshooting on the shredder in order to determine if the shredder works or not and if not to bring the shredder back to the store to get a new one. WHAT? Don’t play with people on Cyber Monday so this piece of ish going in the garbage and the Staples Corporation will NEVER see my business again. Thanks Amazon!!!!!!

  This is the most dysfunctional store I have ever been to. I only come here purely for the convenience but every time I come, it’s an inconvenience. Something is seriously always wrong. But where else are you supposed to go idk
