    If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not sure what happened to this company but they were always reliable up until around 4 months ago. I’ve had multiple deliveries not show up, the wrong items and quantities delivered, bro g charged for things that never arrived etc. and forget about trying to get any help from the service reps because rather than help they create more issues. As a small business owner I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly but after 5 or 6 issues with this company over the last few months its warranted.

    Please look at the company reviews on reddit and other sites that do not review the local distribution centers (like google...which only allows reviews of physical locations/business listings...and makes the company look better than it is). I needed to stay home all day for my first delivery. Late afternoon they said product not in stock. I had to ask the service person i texted with (ai?) 4x before she cancelled my order and closed my account.

    Hopefully final edit: I received my owed refund only after opening a case with the NY CPB, who were actually extremely helpful! I pray that I never hear from or deal with this company again. I’ve seen that they now own the water tank fillers at WalMarts too… Edit: this is a non-BBB business with a rating of F. I'm assuming I will never, ever get resolution. More edits: you cannot remove your payment method. You cannot stop auto-pay. You cannot cancel your account without reaching out to their invisible customer service. This company might actually be a scam now. ZERO stars. Customer service literally doesn't exist; impossible to contact. I'm owed an ageed-upon refund from a delivery that was sent in error and can't get in contact with the company. Next stop BBB. Since the Primo Brands acquisition, this company has become a scam. Do not use and avoid at all costs.

    Primo bought Ready Fresh, customer service and deliveries are nonexistent. I became a customer of Ready Fresh in May 2024. I had hassle free delivery service from May 2024 up until December 31, 2024. I received a replacement delivery in January. I order enough bottles to receive my deliveries every 2 months. My 06/10/224 delivery was rescheduled to 06/12/2025. My 06/12/2025 delivery was rescheduled to 06/16/2025. I was not notified my deliveries were rescheduled. I waited nearly an hour on the phone to cancel my service.

    Ready Refresh is who i originally subscribed with and when it was ran and managed by Ready Refresh, I never experienced an issue ever. Since Primo brands had taken over i have experienced nothing but issues. Last month my delivery was delayed almost 2 weeks. They compensated and gave me a discount for the wait. This month, I got a message saying my delivery was made, but I never received my delivery! Customer service is almost impossible to reach. When I finally got in touch with someone. I could barley hear or understand him. He had a fan blowing into his microphone and never adjusted it after my complaint of not being able hear him and the sound of the wind was annoying! He sat in silence trying to figure out what to do oppsed to letting me know what he was doing and maintaining a flow of conversation, making me feel like he was actively trying to resolve my issue. He finally spoke and said he would escalate my issue or complaint. I've been on hold for over over 40 minutes and counting. Maria finally picked up and rescheduled a new delivery date for my order. Kept me on hold for another 7 minutes but made me a promise of a discount on my recurring order for the next 2 months. I hope it all goes well and the service gets to where it should be!!
