I’ve had multiple deliveries not show up, the wrong items and quantities delivered, bro g charged for things that never arrived etc. and forget about trying to get any help from the service reps because rather than help they create more issues. As a small business owner I don’t take writing negative reviews lightly but after 5 or 6 issues with this company over the last few months its warranted.

I needed to stay home all day for my first delivery. Late afternoon they said product not in stock. I had to ask the service person i texted with (ai?) 4x before she cancelled my order and closed my account.
