- AVASK ValetApr 18, 20261.0Very horrible customer service so I got there on Saturday the time was around 11:55am A male worker was standing at the door stating that they're closed I said to him it's not 12:00pm after going back and forth with him he finally let me in this is where it gets interesting the clerk that was sitting behind the counter at the moment started saying her system is about to shut down hurry up and do what I have to do so I turned to her and I asked her why are you so rude no need for all the nonsense she kept flapping her gums finally another clerk came out and apologize to me I was like we won't be in this situation if the gentleman had let me in and I got to take care of what I was doing so I finally decide to leave she was explaining to me again very nice lady and I said to her the clerk don't need to be acting this way and there's no need for you guys to hold the door closed at 11:55 she acknowledged what I was saying mind you while I was talking to her the clerk still flapping away her nasty mouth back of the counter nasty attitude sticks up her middle finger these kids have no respect and there are very nasty people providing a service to the public I think if someone cannot assist the public should not deal with the public it's a job I'll go into the office on Monday and make a complaint let see if their attitude stay the smae this is not good for customer service. Every time I go to this post office there's something going on with the clerk and a customer but this is the first time it happened with me.
