    I had about 40 packages to drop off today, and De’Andre handled every single one with so much kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness. He was incredibly sweet and gave me all the time I needed between scans, never once making me feel rushed. Truly outstanding service! Thank you so much De’Andre you're amazing, and a huge shoutout to this amazing UPS team, you’re all incredible! 💛📦✨

    Firstly, the staff here are extremely great! Honestly very warm and welcoming. One thing I feel where training is lacked in is crowd control. For example, if there is a customer looking to send an email to get something printed, maybe it isn’t the best idea to just to wait there till it’s done.. better to handle another customer to ensure things move smoothly — with the objective to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Else, everything else is fine! I recommend this UPS store over any in the area!!!

    The cashier Andrisa is too rude . She don’t know how to talk to the customer. And she scammed me with a bag . She gave me small bag but she charged me XL bag.

    The employees here are seriously the kindest. I’ve been to other UPS stores where they rush you and you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Here, they are all patient and help you out and make your returns or whatever it is that you’re doing so much easier. Always happy to come here.
