  Do not use them to help you move. I am 71 years old and I ended up doing most of the work. One guy was on his phone most of the time and the other was just very lazy. Total ripoff cost me $300.

  The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped find DECENT work when I had nowhere else to turn. If I ever had an issue with pay/a job, or just questions in general, they were quick to resolve it. If you are a good worker they will do right by you. Also, getting paid the next day for a job(Monday-Friday) was a major blessing. Keep up the great work people ready!

  I don’t like posting bad reviews, however my experience with this office has been very negative. When I signed up for a job, I chose to receive payment via check, and gave my addresss to the receptionist. After it had been 1 week since the job and no check had arrived, I called the office to inquire. After calling every day of the week and leaving messages, I had to go through the headquarters and have them route me back to elmira to get someone on the phone. This person told me that they had put my money on a pay card, one I had never received (some random card somewhere), and said they would send it in the mail. After ANOTHER week, this check had not arrived, so after calling multiple times and a half hour on hold, they told me my check had been sent to the entirely wrong town. So somehow they took down my address wrong. I have been out multiple hundreds of dollars for over half a month due to this disorganization, and will not be using people ready again.
