- KLKrazy Kat LadyDec 15, 20251.0I debated on making this review but this is the third time this has happened. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this wasn’t just a bad day. Everytime i use the drive thru i get uncomfortable that i am going to get this teller. teller number 47, short blonde hair. She is always miserable, she does not greet you or tell you to have a nice day, she actually doesn’t speak at all just stares with a blank face, no facial expression. The past 2 times she was on her cellphone right in the window where i could see. it’s very unprofessional. the customer service is really poor which makes me sad because the other tellers are always very friendly. i’ve banked here for years and have never dreaded going to the bank as i do now, i am tempted to switch branch locations, where i actually feel welcomed and not like im bothering someone.
- ZSZachary SmithDec 28, 20221.0My debit card got taken by the ATM. Employees of the bank would not give my card back due to the type of ID I provided and destroyed my card. Fantastic!!! If you need help or assistance or to be talked to like you matter, this is the absolute last place to go!!!
