The person who served me doesn't deserve even one star. Very Rude, If they can't provide friendly service, they should find a new job.

MAIL THEFT - This post office is under serious suspicion. Time and time again, my most sensitive mail including Social Security numbers, financial documents, and PII shows up in Informed Delivery but never makes it to my mailbox. Meanwhile, all ordinary mail arrives without issue. This is not an accident. This is theft. It has already put both me and my child at risk of identity fraud. Mail theft is a federal crime, and cases have been reported to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the USPS Office of Inspector General, and law enforcement. Surveillance and scanner logs have been requested from Corona and Elmhurst stations. If anyone in possession of my mail reads this, you should put it back immediately. Every piece of missing mail is being tracked and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. People have gone to prison for less. Until there is accountability, no one should trust this location with their important mail.

I needed to verify my change of address after receiving an email fro USPS to do it. The clerk at this USPS told me to do it again online although I knew it was supposed to be a quick ID verification. She insisted for me to do it online. Ok cool. I did it. Paid the fee. Done. I hit the same issue and was asked to verify at the post office again. I went to a different post office. They checked my ID, scanned the bar code and verified that the address matched my ID's address. One click. This whole thing happened with an interval of 15 minutes. This USPS does not want to help you.

This post office has the most rude and unhelpful clerks ever! They are unknowledgeable and arrogant. Avoid this post office if possible! Gloria and the older Asian lady are by far the worst clerks in the history of USPS!
