Marlana preferred to stay on the phone with her “girlfriend” on her AirPods instead of actually helping customers. I thought things would improve with the new manager (the blonde Hispanic lady), but somehow it’s gotten even worse. This place seriously needs new staff or better training because the customer service here is unacceptable. Both should get fired honestly.
