- PMPaul MortellaroNov 26, 20185.0Best U.S. Post Office I have ever been to. They once helped me track down a package with no other info than the approximate time that I shipped it. They have also let me send three bowling balls with no box! Byron, NY P.O. is also very good.
- JGJohn GoslarNov 12, 20152.0This is the only Post Office in my area that actually provides friendly and professional Customer Service! The employees are well trained and fast, unlike many other Post Offices in the surrounding area. I live in a nearby town but I still prefer to bring my packages to Elba to be mailed because I know that they will not take all day to complete the process. Thanks! Update: Original personnel have left and have caused a major change in the day to day operations at this Post Office so I have to revise my ratings to 2 Star only. The window clerk is not well trained and cannot do simple package mailings. The "Post Master" needs to be replaced.
