Always polite, always working hard. Its a small location so sometimes it gets crowded. It's not their fault, sometimes you have to wait in traffic. Its part of life.

This and Parkchester's are some of the worst post offices I've seen in all of NYC.
No self-service machine. Are you serious? Get a self serve machine in there ASAP. It's 2024, please accept technology into your lives and workplaces. Nobody's trying to deal with the bitter, miserable postal workers who (don't) work here.
Long lines with one slow teller who refuses to speak. They do the annoying stare thing, they stand there and stare at people annoyed we can't better accommodate them by reading their minds.
There are rarely boxes or any mailing materials and the staff are useless. Usually only see one slow person moving slow just to prove their point that clearly they don't care about their performance (and don't have to). They've lost two of my stamped letters, one of which was a birthday card (thankfully empty), the other had five bucks cash in it, probably stolen. It's no coincidence both cards never arrived to their destinations from this location.
Who's (not) running this place? Have you even seen your own lobby?

Good office, staff is very helpful.
To the review saying they were closed i find that very hard to believe for that date. At that time they had some staffing issues but I went that day and there were two people working

When to the post office on 6/8/22 at 4:48 pm and the post office door was closed and no body was at the counter the sign on the door stated Monday to Friday open 9-5 . It was 5 people outside waiting to get in . With no signs on the door stating otherwise this is unbelievable crazy.
