- RHRailey HenryJan 17, 20265.0I'm sad to see all the negative reviews for this location. I'm hoping it's more about general USPS complaints than the people working there. I've always had excellent service with the staff. Every time I stop by to ship out a package, everyone is very kind and personable. I've never had issues with missed scans, lost/damaged packages, etc. when sending things through this location. They have even gone above and beyond to make sure drivers drop of my packages in the correct address/spot, helped me out with re-locating mis-delivered items within the same day, etc. The direct phone number to get help at this location is always answered by someone kind and knowledgeable. Can things get busy with long lines and wait times? Sure. The parking lot and building are fairly small. But I can't really blame the staff themselves for a bunch of customers coming in, especially during peak hours.
