- MMMatthewSep 18, 20251.0Horrible, inept employees, entered the incorrect address, was rude when I calmly brought up the wrong address, she argued about it being wrong, then saw that it was wrong, THEN ENTERED IT INCORRECTLY AGAIN, and had to enter it a THIRD time to get it right. Never apologized for her belligerent behavior.
- EEElainJan 10, 20225.0I was a bit hesitant after reading about Kelly. I just went there this afternoon. Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job. They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.
